Yes! You can upgrade your license tier at any time by paying the price difference. Simply open a support ticket or request an upgrade from your portal.
No. Redistribution or resale of the raw source code, templates, or assets is strictly prohibited under all license tiers. Licenses grant usage rights to build and deploy applications for yourself or clients.
